Why choose us as your handyman? The common definition of a handyman is, “Someone who has a well-rounded and well-versed repertoire of skills that has no dedicated trade, but can complete a number of construction-related tasks efficiently and professionally.” We have the necessary tools and know-how to repair, replace or install needed construction tasks for homes (interior and exterior), apartments, condos, and commercial buildings.

As the construction trades are becoming more labor intensive and expensive, we are happy to offer a more cost-effective solution for you, your family and your home. If your needs are limited to small to medium-sized projects, we can give you a more effective way to get your tasks completed in a timely manner. No more waiting for the contractor or sub-contractor to put you on their schedule and then charge an arm and a leg. Let a handyman take care of it, not only quicker, but for less money.

What do you call someone who can fix most everything?

Someone who can fix most everything is a handyman, handywoman, or handyperson. They are a well rounded individual that can fix or repair most anything needed in or around a home, apartment, condo or commercial building. They are more affordable than someone certified in a specific vocation when you need small, simple or more manageable tasks completed around your home.

What can Handymen usually do?

Handymen are like a "jack of all trades". They've been in jobs where they've learned the basics about most trades. In terms of efficiency, a handyman can complete a myriad of tasks around the home unlike a specific tradesperson. If you have several maintenance tasks to complete, hire a handyman when possible. A Handyman can perform a large majority of small tasks in and around your home. Regular upkeep and maintenance can easily be performed by an effective handyperson, thus helping to keep your home in tip top condition so little problems don't become big problems.

Where did the term "Handyman" come from?

The term "handyman" came from men being handy or useful around the home. They being able to fix small things around the house so the wife didn't have to call in a professional. In this day and age, not all men are "handy" as many focus on technology or other jobs that don't allow time to work with one's hands. If you have a situation where there is no handy person available in your home, find a good handyman you like and keep their number saved in your phone.
